Terms of Service
Last Updated: 03/27/2026
Welcome to Mono Figure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Mono Figure is a US-based entity, with specialized production facilities located in Turkey.
Nature of Bespoke Services
- Mono Figure provides a highly specialized service involving advanced computational modeling, digital 3D sculpting, resin printing, and manual artisan painting.
-
Technological Tools: You acknowledge that Mono Figure utilizes proprietary digital tools and advanced modeling technologies to assist our artists in capturing your likeness. The final product is a result of both human artistry and technological precision.
-
Artistic Interpretation: Our products are artistic representations. While we strive for high similarity, we do not guarantee an anatomically exact or 100% photographic replica. By ordering, you grant our artists (and the technological tools they employ) creative license to interpret your photos.
-
Finality: Since every product is manufactured to your specific requirements and involves significant upfront digital labor, all sales are final once the production process begins.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
-
Our Property: All 3D digital models, designs, algorithms, and digital outputs created during the process remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mono Figure. Purchase of a physical product does not grant you rights to any digital source files or the underlying technology used to create them.
3. User-Provided Content (Photos)
-
Ownership Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own the copyright or have sufficient legal permission for any photos uploaded to our site.
-
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Mono Figure harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or legal fees arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to the photos you provide.
4. Shipping, Customs, and Importation
-
Importer of Record: Even though Mono Figure is a US company, our production is international. You, the customer, are the "Importer of Record."
-
Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes imposed by your jurisdiction. Mono Figure is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs authorities.
-
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mono Figure and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising out of:
-
Shipping delays or carrier errors.
-
Subjective dissatisfaction with "artistic likeness."
-
Misuse of the product (our figures are decorative art, not toys for children).
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
-
Mandatory Informal Resolution: You agree to contact us via our Contact Us page to resolve any dispute in good faith before initiating a credit card chargeback or legal action.
-
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
-
Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
7.Digital Representation & Handcrafted Nature:
Mono Figure uses a combination of advanced digital design tools, AI-enhanced visualizations, and traditional craftsmanship. Customers acknowledge that certain promotional images are digital renderings intended for illustrative purposes. Given the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in detail, color, and form are expected and celebrated as a mark of an authentic custom-made piece.
