You have 6 hours after placing your order to change your photo. After that, our design team begins the 3D modeling process.

Since each piece is uniquely handcrafted, the entire process (design, 3D printing, hand-painting, and quality control) takes about 2-4 weeks. Shipping usually takes an additional 5-12 business days.

Our figures are "artistic interpretations." While we strive for extreme detail using AI and artisan hands, please expect a unique, handcrafted charm rather than a factory-made 1D replica.

Don't worry! If your figure is damaged during transit, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
