DMCA Policy

Mono Figure (operated by Veyu LLC) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that any content or material used on our website infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the URL or specific location on the site where the material is located).

  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Note: Any notice that does not comply with the requirements of Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3) may not be effective.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Florida, if your address is outside the USA).

     

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Mono Figure has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or customers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
