Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mono Figure. Since each of our products is a hand-crafted, custom-made work of art involving 3D modeling and artisan painting, our shipping process includes both Production Time and Transit Time.

1. Production & Processing Time

Every Mono Figure is made to order. Our production process typically takes [2-4 Weeks] (depending on the complexity and current demand). This includes:

  • Digital 3D Sculpting: 3-5 Business Days.

  • Resin Printing & Hardening: 2-3 Business Days.

  • Artisan Hand-Painting: 5-7 Business Days.

  • Quality Control & Packaging: 1-2 Business Days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your custom masterpiece is ready, we ship it via premium international carriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to ensure safe and fast delivery.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 Business Days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. International Shipping & Customs Duties

Mono Figure operates from the United States, with our specialized production studio located in Turkey.

  • Importer of Record: The customer is considered the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

  • Customs & Taxes: Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mono Figure has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the package will be abandoned by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions for high-value custom items.

  • Signature Required: For your protection, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Carrier Liability: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Mono Figure is no longer legally liable for its status.

  • Porch Piracy: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address.

  • Damage in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us via the Contact Us page within 48 hours.
